At the moment, we're only delivering within Australia (our paws haven’t reached beyond just yet!).

Our product sizes are listed in centimetres in each item description. Please measure your furry friend carefully—we can’t accept returns for change of mind or wrong size choices. But we are happy to help if you have questions about measures, please contact us at hello@furrytailsau.com 🐶📏

Oops! If your order arrives with the wrong item or a fault, we’ll happily offer you a store credit once you return it in its original packaging with tags attached. Just send us an email at hello@furrytailsau.com within 7 days of receiving it.

We don’t offer refunds, but eligible returns will be issued store credit. That way, you can find something else your pet will adore!

We source and test items with safety and fun in mind, but always supervise your furry friends during playtime, especially if they’re big chewers or like to swallow toys whole (you know the type 😅).
